We grew up on taralli. Most people haven't. That was the whole problem.
In North America they still arrive looking like a souvenir, aimed at people already looking for them.
We took the recipe and changed the shape. New format, same 700 years behind it.
We didn't reinvent the wheel. We just reshaped it.
We wanted the pack to feel like Dean Martin — old-world charm that still plays as cool. Handwriting with some swing to it,
a diagonal of colour cutting across the pack, and enough white left over that it reads as new rather than imported.
Four flavours, four colours, one shape. You can tell they're related from across the room. Produced, and on shelves.
